Selter is both a city, and Syaxel's biggest military complex. Harboring more than 95% of its installation to the Metras Army, Selter mostly conceives, tests and exports military equipment accross the planet. Featuring the biggest ship-yard, testing grounds and weapons facility, its central-core installation is one of the two most secure locations on the planet (along with Metras's Army HQ located in Metras). The central-core installation also hides Syaxel's biggest power-generator, directly powering many heavy devices such as Selter's City Shield.
